Accommodation in Ouro Preto

Ouro Preto is a busy university and tourist town. It offers a wide range of good hotels, posadas, guesthouses, B&Bs, and low-cost accommodations in the Students’ “Repúblicas”. However, it is important to keep in mind that the city is built on steep hills, which can be a challenge for participants with limited mobility. For this reason, we have organized our recommendations by proximity to the event venues. Search for “the main square” (Praça Tiradentes, or Museu da Inconfidência), as a reference for distance from the event.
